Do I have to buy tickets in advance, or can I just show up?

We will always suggest buying tickets in advance. Sometimes our shows sell out. Of course, if there are seats still available, we will gladly sell you a ticket at the box office.

We can’t always predict if a show will sell out, so we encourage you to purchase your tickets online, because we don’t want to turn you away.

How early should I arrive?

Doors for the 7:30pm show open at 6:30pm. (One hour before)

Doors for the 9:30pm show open at 9:00pm. (Thirty minutes before.)

Doors for the 1pm Sunday matinee open at 12:30pm. (Thirty minutes before.)

Do you offer a group discount?

We do! If you are ordering ten or more tickets on one order, just enter the discount code PARTYPEOPLE and you will get $1 off every ticket. To be eligible for this discount all tickets must be purchased together on one online order.

I bought the tickets, but I won't be there. Will my friends/family be able to use the tickets I bought?

Not a problem. As long as they know what name the tickets are under, they will be a-okay to pick them up.

How do I exchange my tickets for a different date?

You can exchange your ticket(s) for a different date and time, provided you have given at least 8 hours notice. To exchange your ticket(s), follow the instructions in your confirmation email.

If you can't find your confirmation email, contact us at info@cszseattle.com. Please tell us the name on the order, the date, and the name of the show, so we can look you up. Then tell us the show, date, and time that you would like to transfer your tickets. We will get back to you to confirm your exchange within 48 hours. Only one exchange is permitted per order (In other words, if you've already exchanged your tickets once, you can't do it again.)

*Important* If you purchased tickets from a third-party site, such as Eventbrite, Groupon or any place other than CSzSeattle.com, those tickets are not eligible to be exchanged. Also, third party tickets are General Admission, so you cannot reserve seats in advance. Our friendly box office staff will assign you seats when you arrive, so plan to arrive early.

How’s parking? Do you have suggestions?

Fremont is a busy neighborhood on the weekend, so we suggest you give yourself time to find parking and always check the signs.

If you want to avoid looking for parking, there’s a paid lot one block north of us at 3601 Fremont Ave N, Seattle, WA 98103

Here’s all the other paid lots in our neighborhood.

Do you have a bar?

Yes! Our bar serves beer, wine, soda, and snacks.

Do you serve food?

Only snacks. For a proper meal we suggest any of the excellent restaurants Fremont has to offer.

Can I bring food in?

Yes. Just pinky-promise to leave your seating area as clean as you found it.

I heard your show is interactive. Will they make me go on stage or make fun of me?

No way. We use audience volunteers, but the key word is "volunteer." We never make fun of audience members or force anyone on stage who doesn't want to come up. However, we promise that if you do volunteer, you'll have a great time and you'll be glad you did it.

We're celebrating! We're coming for a birthday/anniversary/bachelorette party. Can you make it special for us?

Absolutely! If you're celebrating you get first dibs on volunteering! (But don't worry; we don't force anyone up.) We'll also sing a song to the birthday person!

Is your venue wheelchair accessible?

Unfortunately no. We are in an old historic building in Fremont, and there are ten steps leading up to our theatre. We’ve had experts look into every option. Due to the angles and distance from the sidewalk it isn’t possible to build a ramp or a lift in our entryway.

Do your shows have age limits?

It depends on the show.

Every Friday and Saturday at 7:30pm is a show for everyone! Families, kids, dates, business groups, faith-based organizations... literally everyone is guaranteed to have a great time at our early shows.

Our late shows are all 21+.

I'm bringing a toddler? Do they need a ticket?

If the child will be seated in your lap, they do not need a ticket. If they require their own seat, you will need to buy a ticket.

I want to sign-up for a class but it says it's sold out. Can you squeeze me in?

We cannot add you to a class once it is sold out. However, we can add you to the waitlist, and we will contact you if a spot opens up. To be added to the waitlist email our Education Director, Dave@cszseattle.com.

I am a comedian and I want to perform at your venue.

We are primarily an improv comedy club, not a stand-up comedy club. We don't book stand-up comics. Our roster of performers are cast through our audition process.

Is your venue available for rent?

Yes! Contact us at info@cszseattle.com.

I have a question that wasn't answered here. How do I contact you?

Contact us at info@cszseattle.com.

Do you participate in Teen Tix?

Yes! Teen Tix is a program that helps teens see live theatre. If there are seats available, teens can show their Teen Tix pass at the box office and get in for $5. Teen Tix passes can not be used to reserve seats in advance. The teens must purchase their tickets in person at the box office. More info on how to get your Teen Tix pass here: https://www.teentix.org/
