Worldwide, CSz has delivered successful training to employees in every known industry, from network execs to nuns, from lawyers to lumberjacks to high-tech engineers. We’ve been hired by at least 65 of this year's Fortune 500 companies, often repeatedly.
As CSz performers, we use our improvisation skills onstage to get people laughing. Conveniently, offstage, we use them to run a successful business. We specialize in teaching people HOW to use improvisation techniques in their work lives. We teach the essential, yet often overlooked or discarded, communication and listening skills that will consistently improve the quality of your work, home and social relationships. We call this Applied Improvisation.
Tell us what communications skills you want to exercise and we'll craft a workshop specifically to meet your group's needs.
“We’ve now had the privilege of having CSz Seattle facilitate 2 separate group improv exercises for our Leadership Teams and both left us feeling empowered, uplifted and with a belly ache from all the laughter! Our sessions spanned over a couple of hours each and completely encompassed the themes and topics we wanted to focus on with the group – leadership, communication, effective listening, etc. If you’re on the fence about booking improv for your corporate group, look no further! I guarantee this will be the best time and money spent and your group will be all the better, happier, and funnier for it. Thank you CSz Seattle for the great times – looking forward to partnering with y’all again in the future!”
We had the wonderful opportunity to have CSz Seattle come and present as a team building experience to our Health Services Team. It was a fun filled night of laughter for a solid hour. Something that our nurses and health care workers needed to replenish their soul. After-all, laughter is good medicine. One of the highlights of the evening was a comedy demonstration using gibberish language and hand motions to communicate. As we work in the field of senior housing, communication is so important to understand the needs of our residents. This fun-filled activity showcased that it can be done with humor, patience, and creativity.
The Improv session was fun and extremely transferable to the sales environment. This should be pitched to more corporate sales offices!
Dave facilitated a fantastic team experience!!! I heard feedback from multiple teammates stating that this activity was amongst the best they’d experienced. I found Dave to be professional, and the kind of presenter I aspire to be. I was particularly impressed by how he was able to make each exercise relevant to our job experience.
